Only concern is that there is a slight anime feel to the face. College board doesn't want that at all. Consider in future pieces a slightly more realistic approach to the facial features. You might even consider using a picture of a friend to work from. Remember how stunning the image of your dad was that you drew in pencil!
It would be really nice if the background became almost a story of Aries and the different things that make up his/her personality. Right now it feels a little unfinished and I think a little background information would add more emotion and intrigue to the piece.
